The Party Hat is a Head Item in Club Penguin. It could only be obtained during the Beta Test Party.

It was the item with the most hackers hacking it.
It was the very first item released by Club Penguin.
It was the very first Party Hat.
Its colors, when inverted are the same color of the stripes of the 1st Year Party Hat.
